Well, I'm happy to say I've been coming out of my year-long art slump with increasing vigor. This is due, in part, to the fact that it is summer and I generally have more time on my hands. But it's also because I am consciously making time for art.
I've been working in the physics lab at Stanford this summer, and am realizing that maybe I don't want to be a research scientist. The minutia of aligning lasers, going to looooong meetings, and dealing with the combating egos of the rest of the team is annoying and has, frankly, made this summer not very fun.
What this summer lacks in enjoyability, it has more than made up for in revelations. Th
